In production order, the movie is divided into 3 parts, each of which were approximately 22 minutes. Turner, who dismiss their son's concerns of Vicky every time, refuse to believe that Vicky is indeed an evil babysitter, until they receive information proving otherwise from Vicky's younger sister Tootie. Timmy wishes up for another magical remote, and enters inside television in order to stop Vicky's plans.
With the remote, Vicky plans to enter the "Dictator Week" channel so she can become a world dictator in the future. He wishes up for a magical remote that allows him to enter inside television shows however, the remote falls into Vicky's hands. The Fairly OddParents follows the comedic adventures of Timmy Turner, a 10-year-old boy who overcomes typical kid obstacles with the help of his wand-wielding wish-granting fairy godparents. Timmy is fed up tolerating his torturing babysitter Vicky. The film centers on the series' main character 10-year-old Timmy Turner with his fairy godparents Cosmo and Wanda who grant his wishes.
